Beautiful Wedding!!

Handsom Young Man!!
My Beautiful Sister, Kaylee!

Well my sister, Kaylee, was married on Saturday! It was a beautiful day and a wonderful ceremony. It was wonderful to see my sister so happy and in love. She married a wonderful guy, Eric. We are very happy to welcome him into our family. Lincoln was a ring bearer. He was so handsome and did a great job. He had a few funny moments, but he is just two. I also celebrated my birthday on Friday. It was low key as we were getting everything together for Kaylee's wedding, but none the less it was still wonderful. I got a sewing maching. I was super excited about this. Now I have to learn how to use it. Trevor also surprised me with a new ipod. It was a fun surprise. We are all very tired with all of the festivities that went on this weekend. But we had a lot of fun and really enjoyed being away for a few days.
Now back to reality!!

Buddies

Creighton and Lincoln
Just a cute picture that I wanted to share with you all of Lincoln and one of his buddies!

Last Few Weeks

Lincoln and Daddy
Well let's see it's been a busy last couple of weeks. I can't believe March is almost coming to a close already. A couple of weeks ago we fell victim to not setting our clocks back and so we were all ready for church and realized we were going to be an hour late as we started to walk out the door. We took advantage of it though and took Lincoln to the snow. HE LOVED IT!!! He still is talking about going to the snow. We went to Pinecrest and it was beautiful. We went sledding, threw snowballs, and chased Lincoln through the snow. We had a great time. I put in a few pictures of our wonderful day.

Mommy and Lincoln- Lincoln is really screaming!

And away he goes!!!
Last weekend Trevor and I got to go away for our anniversary. Hard to believe it's been four years already. We had a great time in Capitola and Santa Cruz. We enjoyed not having to worry about the responsibilities of home. While we were gone Lincoln also decided that he wanted to start going potty on the toliet (for candy of course!!). So we have decided to go with it. He has done really great. We had several days with no accidents, then Thurs. we had a few but for the most part he is doing great. I had said as soon as he made up his mind to go potty on the toilet it would be an easy task.
This weekend we have a birthday party and nursery duty and we are working on finishing the boys' rooms. (Thanks Chad for your help!!)
Then we have my birthday next week and my sister's wedding. I'll post pictures once that is done. Lincoln is going to be so cute in his little tux.
Well until next time I hope you all enjoy the wonderful sunshine that we have been blessed with!

Embarrasing Lincoln!!

This is a cute picture of Lincoln and his cousin Jake, wearing their Jesus Lovers. Daddy says "Jesus gave me this body and I love it." They are so cute. Keri, Jason and the kids came down last weekend. Keri and the kids stayed the night with us on Friday. We had a great time. The kids played really well together. Jason helped us get started on the two boy's rooms. We are moving Lincoln into the front room and Kyson will go in Lincoln's old room. Trevor and Jason put crown molding up in Kyson's room and wainscoating up in Lincoln's room Jason was a great help. THANKS a million!! The projects are not finished and so our house is still torn up as we try to get the projects done a little each night. We have something to do every weekend in March so the weekdays are about the only time we have to get work done. I will put up pictures once they are all finished.

Now for the embarrasing Lincoln story. We were at Costco on Friday night and we were in the check out line. This little old lady pulled up behind us and Lincoln started pointing to her cart and saying. "What's that." He said that several times and I could hear Trevor trying to diffuse the situation by telling Lincoln not to point and not to ask questions. The lady was being nice and just talking with Lincoln. I turned around after Lincoln asked a couple of times "What's that" to see what he was pointing at. In the ladies cart there was a large box of Depends. Right after I turned around I hear Lincoln say VERY LOUDLY~ OH DIAPERS!!!! The little old lady was so embarrased and Trevor and I were too. We didn't know what to say so we didn't say anything and just moved forward in line. OH GOODNESS. Gotta love the honesty and innocence kids have.

Well I hope you enjoyed the story. Sorry it's been so long since I last posted. I'll try to do better.
